We started cooking crawfish 4 years ago in Bentonia with one small pot and two sacks of crawfish. We sold those in NO time, so we got 4 sacks to cook for the next weekend. We did well, so Adam built a trailer for the next year. Now we catter parties, showers, company picnics,cookouts, and sell from the trailer every Friday and Saturday.
